I know i don't talk to you that much.
Well i gotta lot of work to do.
Time's running fast in front of me and i got a tight plan in school.
The student project swallows a lot of my time. Learning how to communicate within the team is challenging, but necessary for the games industry. I hardly find time between lectures and project work/meetings to practice my skills.
I'm currently focusing in improfing my 2D-artists skills. Drawing, anatomy, painting, composition and sculpture. If i find some time i will show some of my 3D work. But that has to wait.
In August i'm going to the Games Developer Conference and the Games Com in Cologne, with my school mates. I'm working as a little monkey doing all the stupid work, cause the full ticket would be to expensive (680 Euro o.O). But i bet that will be a lot of fun and i can actually visit some of the work shops and visit the Lounges to talk to some of the developers.
On the GC we have to present our current project(working title: scary tale). So there's still a lot of work to do.
If someones reading this AND going to the GC, your're welcome to visit the Booth from the Games Academy.
Well beside all that school stuff. Sometimes its work living with my room mates. But i'm enjoying living in Berlin. It's such a lovely city and i'm a bit proud of our capital city. It's such a big patchwork thing, a lot of old buildings, beautifull hidden places to discover. I'm a bit sad i don't have time to lurk around with my camera and discovering all the cities many faces.
Well i have vacation in September, so just a little sprint left and i can breath a little free time.
See you next time!
